| How It Works | Feature Video | |||
| Bags are fed into the palletizer from any one of three directions. The bags are smoothed out as they approach the palletizer on a conveyer of rollers. At the end of the roller conveyor, the bag is lifted by a 6-pronged elevator to the height where a bag-gripper lifts the bag off the elevator and positions it on the pallet in the correct position and orientation. The adjustable pallet collar surrounds the current layer, ensuring that the bags remain where they are placed.
Both the P600 and P800 models also feature an adjustable collar for accommodating multiple standard pallet sizes. Though stacking programs can be easily created via the touchscreen, a number of pre-set stacking programs are also available. |
