Cardboard / Plastic Tray Palletizer
The tray palletizer moves layers of cardboard or plastic trays from the pattern formation table to the pallet with clamping plates that grip the trays and transfer them into columns on the pallet. This type of palletizer is intended for trays which have a size and rigidity that can withstand the required clamping pressure to be transported safely to the pallet.

| From the conveyor, the trays arrive at the layer formation table where the trays are organized by rows. When a row of trays is complete, the row is moved aside to allow the entry of more trays and this operation is repeated until the layer is complete. Then the gripper descends and closes around the trays, clamping the layer together with pneumatic plates. The gripper carries the layer of trays above the pallet, moves horizontally to the palletizing area and deposits the layer with a slight descent. | ||||
